The Queen’s shoe

One of the most beautiful sites in Tenerife is definitely the Teide National Park. In the area of almost 200 km2 with the highest peak of Spain – Pico del Teide offers also many volcanic rock formations located within this UNESCO World’s Heritage Site. A very well-known and famous geological arc in the image is named Queen’s shoe, just because it really looks like a lady’s heel shoe.
