Milky Way in Teide NP

14. February 2022

Teide National Park in Tenerife is truly spectacular. When I found myself there, I fell in love with this beautiful sphere of our nature. Beautiful rock formations, flowers, and places where you feel almost like on the planet Mars. At an altitude of about 2000 m, there is also a nice view of the night sky. Unfortunately, harmful light pollution also has an effect here. If you want to avoid this in photos and observations, you definitely have to come across great atmospheric conditions or cloud inversion in the valleys. However, it is still possible to enjoy the beautiful views of this great place and the majestic night sky itself.
