Big dipper from Southern hemisphere

Have You ever wondered if there are some constellations and asterisms comes from Northern hemisphere, visible below the equator? They are, indeed, once You are in not very far away from equator. This scene was captured from Atacama desert – Northern Chile, where Big Dipper just “dance” above the horizon. The place is close to Tropic of Capricorn. Orange color in the sky is caused by strong airglow, which is in this place visible very often.
